About Us
Our history
Qantm was established by leading universities and various government agencies to provide the highest quality creative media education.
Qantm College was one the first colleges in the world to develop a dedicated practical games degree. Qantm was founded in 1996 in Australia, backed by several key universities, various government departments and arts bodies. It quickly became the country's leading new media college with a number of locations in Australia, Europe and Asia.
By carefully crafting important links with key companies Qantm College has set a benchmark in the ability to design courses to meet the needs of the relevant industries. Qantm courses always include hands-on training by experienced professionals using state of the art equipment and industry-standard practices. Our courses are developed around industry trends, those students who complete a Qantm course become very competitive in both the local and international design, business and technology environments. Qantm colleges have won several national and international education awards and our graduates are highly sought after by the industry.
Qantm College was acquired by SAE Institute in 2004. Bringing with it an unrivalled excellence in the field of technology education, with more than 50 colleges around the globe SAE has become a dominant force in the fields of audio and film education. The combined expertise of SAE and Qantm looks set to revolutionise the teaching of game programming, web design, graphic design and 3D animation around the globe. Thanks to our very successful graduates Qantm College has had an unprecedented growth over the past few years expanding both its program offer and locations.
